Rose's Pups open Eyes

Yes. Rose's puppies are opening their eyes. The two boys that have begun to see the world are pictured below. They are still young, so they're just beginning to develop their own little puppy personalities. They are so tiny!

Also, We still have three of Minnie's Pups, and are starting them on potty training. Albus, Victor, and Archimedes are still causing trouble here at honey ridge, the darling little devils.

anyway, the pictures of The tiny ones:

Three cute little boys, already developing excellent markings. it's too early to say whether they'll have any beige, but we'll see.

8-week and 2-day update

Okay, so.
Minnie's puppies are 8 weeks old.
They had another bath this week, (these guys have more baths than my brother) and several pups went to their new homes since last Friday.

We took pictures of The four boys left, so here they are.

In order, we have Albus, Archimedes, Bilbo, Victor, and the group.

in other big news, Rose delivered a litter of three yesterday. This is her first litter, so we were anxious for her. But after two all-night vigils to make sure she was okay, she pulled through spectacularly. It turned out that she didn't need any help whatsoever. She delivered three healthy little boys, who are being taken very good care of. Good for her!

seven-weeks old!

So, we have new seven-week pictures now, and I thought that I would share them.

Archimedes, with a green ribbon and his ever-sad expression:

Albus, who still won't sit still with his glasses very long:

Victor, who was amazingly asleep for picture-time:

Rincewind in a very fetching bow:

Gaston, Teaching those glasses a lesson they won't forget:

Eowyn, giving her cutest look:

And Bilbo, who wasn't too happy his nap was disturbed.

So Yes, the puppies are getting very cute by now. I think they look good on tiger stripes, don't you?

Bathtime fun

So, the other day was yeat another bath day for the puppies, but this time we snapped a couple quick photos of them getting washed.

First are a few pictures of one puppy, sudzing up with the special puppy shampoo

Then we have drying time. Towel-dry first, then the blowdryer to get them nice and fluffily dry.

We gave them a good bath and then took them to the vet to get their vetcheck and shots. He said that all the pups were very healthy, and they had fun going out and seeing a nother new face!
