Nova's Little Joy's are 2 weeks old!

Our little ones are opening their eyes and ears and starting to explore the kitchen.
Little puppers are supercute as they kinda scoot at this age.  They are also testing their vocal cords with tiny little barks and growls.
This first picture is from the littlest pup, he is just a fraction smaller than the other pups but he makes sure we all no that size doesn't matter that much.
This is our biggest prince this week. He was not happy to be pulled away from mom for some quick photo's but he quickly recovered and posed for a few snapshots.
And out middle puppy's eyes are not quite all the way open yet. But he sure does love to cuddle.
Our 3 little princes.  I am thinking maybe about doing a Robin Hood theme for nicknames this time.  We haven't done that before and it might be fun. Robin, Little John and Friar Tuck?
Which would only leave Maid Marion for our princess.
I am probably dating myself but I cannot think which was my favorite movie, the animated Disney movie or Robin Hood Men in Tights.  Brings back memories of my all time favorite movie.....
Princess Bride! Maybe we will use that one next time.

As of this evening all of our joyful little ones are still looking for their forever families.

Nova's July Joy! New Puppies!

Nova woke up early Sunday July 28th. Nova has a special little way of saying, "Mom, today the puppies are coming!" She wakes up in the wee early hours of the morning and asks to go potty. Then she says, "Mom, please don't leave my site today." So off we go to cuddle in bed because it is going to be a long day of cuddles and snuggles as Nova's little ones get ready to make their grand apperance.
Nova is the daughter of our first male bichon Sir Saul, a true gentleman if ever I have met one.
Our first little man arrived just as we were sitting down to dinner and about 30 minutes after I called the vet to say she might get a late night phone call. So about 7:30 PM
Our 1 and only princess of the litter was born about 30 minutes later.
And by 8:45 all 4 bundles of Joy had arrived and were peacefully cuddling with mommy.
We stayed up to supervise until finally calling it a night about 10:30 pm.

I just finished notifying everyone on my waiting list of the new arrivals. If you had sent an email about pups and you didn't get an email from me please let me know, I can and do make mistakes.
I will update with new pictures and how many little guys are still looking for homes this Friday August 2nd.  These guys will be ready to meet new people Labor Day weekend and will be ready to go home September 22nd, 2019.
Get ready for puppy kisses very soon!😍😍😍

On a side note our little Spirit may also be expecting a little one or two soon, She was not showing signs of being ready but alas Rampage thought she was and cuddling with her this weekend I am guessing that she will also be blessing our house with a little gem or two very soon.
Thank you for looking at our little joy's!

Heading Home!

Good Morning!
It sure is great to hear the birds chirping in the mornings!
The puppies are starting to head home this morning.  It is such an exciting time for them!
We had one family that decided that now was not a good time to bring a puppy home, so we do have 1 little guy still looking for his forever family.

Please send me an email if you are interested in a cute cuddly Bichon Puppy to add to your family!

Good Evening,
The puppies are getting ready to start their new adventures with their forever families.  We are super happy the weather has improved so that the puppies can go outside to play and potty with mom and dad.

We have 1 little guy patiently waiting to find his forever family.

Bang is a fun loving, adventure seeking, playful guy who loves to play games and cuddle.
Bang is frequently found very near my feet, and he loves to hide behind my feet and play peek a boo with the other puppies.

Of course we cannot forget our all star cast!

Romping in the yard with our adult dogs. The puppies love to play tag! And Hide and Seek!

Little Boom is looking forward to watching Cyclone games with his family.
Boom and Bing look like twins!
Bing was very happy to have fantastic weather to play chase.

Quinc (formerly Toothless) flies over the ground in his joy of warmer weather.

Quinc and Bang taking a quick break to pose for a picture.

It is hard to believe that the puppies are heading home starting this Friday.  They grow up so fast.
I am hoping that we might see some daffidils this weekend as well and I might be able to get a few pictures with the puppies smelling the new spring flowers.
If you are interested in learning more about our puppies or have questions about Bichons in general please send me an email at

I hope you have a wonderful St. Patrick's day!

Ready to take on the Kitchen Spirit's little ones are exploring the world.

The puppies are up and about and tons of fun to play with.
And boy are they getting lots of love from both their human family and their Bichon Family!
Our first Pick family choose Boom, our puppy with the Blue collar.
But it might have been Boom who chose them.

Toothless is the puppy with a black border on his pictures.  Toothless is the smallest boy of the litter.
He is too cute and loves to cuddle!
Bang, the puppy with a green border is our explorer.
When working in the kitchen Bang is always following me about and when he gets tired of exploring he asks to be picked up and cuddled.
Just too cute for words.
Another shot of Bang checking out the 'gummy worm' from the bark box.
And here is Bang climbing up onto the puff we have set up for visitors to sit on and play with the puppies.

This is Bing, the puppy with a brown border.  Big is a cute little guy with a little alfalfa curl on both his ear and just before his eye.
He is a big charmer.
Big loves to play and then have a nice good cuddle.

Sorry I have not updated as often as I would like, I have been busy with work and of course getting lots of puppy kisses.  It has been a real challange to keep the puppies busy with the weather we have been having.
We still have 2 puppies looking for homes.
If you are interested please send me an email at
honeyridgepuppies@gmail.com
The puppies will be ready to go home March 22nd!
Hard to believe it is just a few short weeks away.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
